Description

This pair is made from high strength ABS plastic. Supported by Red 16' adjustable straps that form a loop which allows for mounting in a variety of locations. The rings have a specialized textured surface for optimum grip with our without chalk. Additionally the ring size was designed to match the size of standard gymnastic ring size specified by the Federation International of Gymnastics. 	Best Equipment in Existence!
	The great thing about X Training is they had a phone number to call and ask questions to a real live person with instant feedback . These rings are solid and are a perfect weight.. I weigh 210 lbs and they keep stiff. They are perfect diameter, the buckles and straps work great. I've been using them every other day or so for a few months and I couldn't be happier.

	Theses rings are great. Started crossfit seveal months ago and wanted to try muscle ups in my home gym. The can be strapped everywhere. I attached them to tree branches at work and my pullup bar at home. They don't hurt my hands like my galvanized homemade pullup bar and they support my 195 pound frame easily. They are the only rings I have ever used, but I do recommend them.
