We stand behind our products. Therefore if you are not happy with your purchase simply send it back within 60 days.
How to begin a return:
A return authorization (RA) number is required for all returns. Please contact us via the link below to ensure you are eligible for a refund and to obtain an RA number.
We will review your return and supply you with return instructions.
We have a 60-day return policy. Once a return authorization number is issued, your package must be returned within 14 days. If applicable, a refund or store credit will be issued less shipping charges. Returned orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee (unclaimed packages, undeliverable addresses, etc). Some unopened items are eligible for a full refund, less shipping charges. Orders with free shipping are subject to a 15% restocking fee upon return. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges with the exception of defective products. We will cover the shipping cost to exchange defective products. Refunds are usually issued within 7 days after return is received. No refund/return is possible after 60 days from the date of purchase.
We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages if the tracking system shows that the package was delivered. Any order that is returned due to failure to retrieve a package or because of an invalid address will be refunded less shipping and handling.
