Designed for repeated abuse during high intensity workouts, X Training slam balls are built with thick rubber walls and reinforced air-valve to handle whatever you can throw at them. The non-bounce design is great for metcon workouts programming ball slams. The soft rubber texture provides excellent grip during the sweatiest workouts.
Slam balls are available in 5lb to 150lb sizes. Weights up to 50lbs are typically used for ball slams. Heavy slam balls are frequently used for over shoulder throws or as a substitute for atlas stones. Common rx weights for ball slams are 30lbs for men and 20lbs for women.
