The fully adjustable cable is 2.5mm steel wire with a nylon coating that reduces twists. The Lightweight Speed Rope is fully adjustable with a 10ft cable that can be trimmed to meet each athletes specific needs.

Good value and durable rope

Overall a great speed rope for a very competitive and reasonable price. adjustable length on the rope using a fastener. If you don't like the rope sliding down the other way like I do I just went to a local hardware store, bought two more fasteners and slid them on the other side of the handles, works great. A wonderful addition to a home gym looking to add some variety for cardio or a extra piece of a CF circuit.

Durable jump rope!

I use this jump rope outside on the concrete. Every other jump rope I used broke buy now. The only down side is that if it hits me it hurts a a lot more than other ones. But no pain no gain!
