I ordered this set for my wife for her birthday (how many people are lucky enough to have a wife that would be pleased with this gift). It worked out perfectly. They arrived on her birthday and she put them to use as soon as they arrived. She loves them! We are very pleased with the quaility and still amazed that they shipped for free. Overall this a good set that includes the standard components needed for training exercises. The Barbell, 15 lb. bumpers, & spring collars appear to be good quality and a nice little addition for my home gym. Can't wait to put them through a little use and training to test out the durability.
