Good equipment, bad sizing

It’s a good piece of equipment, however could use some improvement. I’m 5’11” and need to move the foot holder all the way forward to be able to use. Anyone 5’10” or shorter could only use this for lower back and not glute/ham.

Great GHD!

I absolutely love the GHD machine. Again Faster is STELLAR! It took me about an hour to put everything together and it works as advertised.

More than satified

Rock solid machine! The vinyl is a tad loose on the arc pad, but that does not impact the usage. The machine does not sway or rock at all when I am in full swing of a workout, I am 5'7" 210 lbs and do many set of GHD sit ups and glute-hamstring raises, it has never moved. Highly recommend this GHD, Easily adjustable and with the variety of settings you can dial in your comfort level.
