The USA Timer Pro Wall Timer is the go-to timer for commercial gyms and fitness studios. With a large, bright screen, countdown, and loud beep, everyone in the gym will know when the workout begins and ends.


Use one of the pre-programmed fitness interval timers, such as tabata or MMA, or program your own customer workout interval. The Pro Timer includes both a remote control and bluetooth for iOS app control.


The iOS App available for download on the Apple App Store connects to your timer via bluetooth and includes almost all functions of your trusty remote.

  • All functions begin with 10 second count down (which can be turned off).
  • Tabata: 20 seconds work and 10 second rest for 8 cycles.
  • MMA1: 5 x 5 minute rounds with 1 min rest between rounds.
  • MMA2: 3 x 5 minute rounds with 1 min rest between rounds.
  • Fight Gone Bad: 3 rounds of 5 x 1 min work and then 1 min rest
  • Custom Intervals - Easily set time to work, rest, and number of cycles

Love this timer!!!

The USA Pro Wall Timer was everything I hoped it would be! After 6 years we decided to upgrade to the programmable timer...I'm so glad we stayed with this brand! The sound is loud enough to hear over our fans and the music and it is super easy to program!
