X Training Strength Bands are an incredible versatile tool for adding resistance to stretching, lifting, and bodyweight training exercises. Lightweight and compact, they also belong in any travel fitness kit or gym bag.
Mobility Lightweight strength bands are an essential tool for stretching and mobility. Red and purple bands are great for stretching, rehab, and mobility movements for upper body. Green bands are perfect for stretching hip flexors and other lower body muscles.
Work you way up to an unassisted pull-up and dips using different resistance bands. Beginner athletes should start with a green or blue band, then move to progressively smaller bands. Multiple bands can be used to increase resistance as required.
Add strength bands to your barbell during weightlifting movements such as bench press, squats, deadlifts to increase resistance without adding additional weight plates. Just wrap them around your bar and the band pegs on your rack to add variable resistance.
