The Studio Fitness and Fight Timer has large, bright screen, countdown, and loud beep, so you'll always know when the work begins and ends. Pre-programmed with popular fitness interval timers, the Studio Fitness and Fight Timer may also be programmed with custom workout intervals.

Custom intervals - Easily program your own work, rest, and number of cycles.
All functions begin with 10 second count down (which can be turned off).

Pre-programed Timers

Tabata: 20 seconds work and 10 second rest for 8 cycles.
MMA1: 5 x 5 minute rounds with 1 min rest between rounds.
MMA2: 3 x 5 minute rounds with 1 min rest between rounds.
Fight Gone Bad: 3 rounds of 5 x 1 min work and then 1 min rest
Custom Intervals - Easily set time to work, rest, and number of cycles

Definitely worth the upgrade from the garage timer, slightly more difficult to use than Rogue brand but great product overall!

Still don’t have my timer.

The timer was sent to my billing address and not my physical. Sent an email to correct this but didn’t get a response. The tracking number says it was denied upon arrival to wrong address. I assume it went back to Again Faster distribution. Still waiting for a response.
