United StatesThis rack is sturdy and doesn’t take up much room in my garage. I’m 5’8, 185 pounds and I’m able to do kipping pull-ups, toes to bar, you name it and it does move.
United StatesThis is rig is amazing. Relatively easy to assemble. You will need a good ledger board, I used a 2x12 bolted to the wall and mounted the rig to that. I anchored it to the ground and feel like i really don't need the two extra support beams, this thing isn't moving. Solid under load, heavy squats and kipping pull ups are no problem.
United StatesGreat piece of equipment. Strong and sturdy. Tough to assemble alone but doable. At 6”4 215lbs easily allows Kipping movements. Nice to be able to super set squats with strict pull-ups. Also nice to still be able to get a both vehicles in the garage.
