Free shipping promotions apply only to destinations within the lower 48 contiguous United States. Items eligible for free shipping promotions include in-stock items shipped directly from X Training Equipment. Free Shipping promotions do not apply to drop-ship items (including Concept2, Assault, Crossover Symmetry), custom items, or flooring.
All orders placed via our website prior to 2pm ET Monday through Friday will ship the same day. Same Day Shipping applies to in-stock items shipped directly from X Training Equipment via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Same Day Shipping does not apply to freight orders, drop-ship or custom items, or to orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or locations outside the United States. During the holiday season or sales, we are all hands on deck getting orders shipped out! During this time we are working hard to get your gear shipped quickly, but orders may take longer to be processed. X Training Equipment is not responsible for delays due to courier availability or other circumstances beyond our control.
